About the Firm

A principal investor, not an intermediary.

Ufuq Rasikh Capital is a privately held principal investment firm headquartered in the Kingdom of Bahrain, committing its own balance sheet across the Gulf and select international markets.

We are not a fund seeking outside subscriptions, nor an intermediary earning fees on other people’s money. We invest our own capital, which is why we underwrite every opportunity with the patience and rigour of an owner rather than the haste of a broker.

The Firm was built on a simple conviction: durable returns come from real assets and disciplined governance, not financial engineering. We deploy capital across real estate, fintech, agriculture, healthcare and energy — sectors that build the physical and economic foundations of the region.

From our Group Headquarters in Bahrain Financial Harbour, supported by offices in Dubai, Riyadh, London and Singapore, a single Investment Committee governs every mandate, wherever in the world it is signed.

We call ourselves ufuq, meaning horizon, because every investment is measured against a distant point, not a quarterly one. And rasikh, meaning steadfast, because a horizon only means something if the ground beneath it holds.

Our Bahrain office is Group Headquarters and the face of the Firm. It houses our Investment Committee and every support function (compliance, finance, legal) and is where real estate, private credit, and advisory mandates are originated, underwritten, and approved.
